Tuition and Fees
Tuition and fees are due following registration, according to the tuition deadlines posted online. Failure to pay tuition and fees by the payment deadline will result in a student being dropped from classes.
IMPORTANT: Students receive tuition bills by mail; it is the student’s responsibility to ensure payment is made by the deadline. For questions regarding tuition, contact the SWTJC Outreach Office at 830-591-7390.
Methods of Payment
Online: Must be paid by credit card only using ECASHIER. Options:
1) Full payment will be charged to your credit card
2) Payment plan, options in this vary based on date of set up.
By Mail: Students can mail a check to:

Check must include Drivers License number and student ID number.
Walk-in: Pay in person at any campus Cashier’s Office, may use cash, check, money order, or credit card.
